WHO AM I?

I am a WOMAN with a fierce inner calling to support women to BLOOM within their Divine Feminine Design.

I have been on my own quest of Soul Retrieval, Life Visioning, and Feminine Rewilding for nearly THREE DECADES.

I DEEPLY CARE about the women I work with.

I am a MOTHER, first. My pregnancy and the birth of my DAUGHTER were PIVOTAL in initiating this Sacred Work and following this Inner Calling. I am deeply concerned about the state of the world, and my deep sense is that WOMEN - Rising Together - will lead our way through the deep crises that humanity is facing.

I believe the medicine we seek begins with reclaiming a fierce SELF-LOVE, which EVOLVES into an intimate interconnection with the Divine.

My intent is that women everywhere RECLAIM the power, mystery, and beauty of our female bodies to enter us into more presence and wisdom. I believe our SACRED Rites of Passage are being reborn anew, as a blend of astrological and embodied cyclical wisdom.

I love BLUEPRRINTS and ROADMAPS of all kinds: Our Natal Chart, as a blueprint that guides us into who we are meant to be; Our Menstrual Cycle, as a blueprint for the Feminine Rewilding process; the Venus Cycle, blueprint of the Heroine's Journey; our ENERGY BODY (map of the chakras) as a blueprint for deeper embodied awakening.

I LOVE working with motivated and highly-sensitive women hungry to know, understand, and live their sacred callings in this world. I LOVE to witness a woman in the ongoing process of reclaiming her SOUL POWER; a woman who can stand in both her fierce femininity AND her tender vulnerability, for the sake of being in service to this world - and to LOVE - in her own very particular way.

WHAT DO I BRING TO THIS WORK?

The Lineage that informs my work:

A BA in Psychology and an MA in Spiritual Formation & Leadership:
Put simply, I care deeply about the Care of the Soul, and how to help walk people through the process of psychological, emotional, & soul growth and evolution. My work is both trauma-sensitive and spiritually grounded. I mentor women in developing the deep listening and inner resourcing required for stepping into our Sacred Callings and soul essence.

A 500 Hour YTT & Teacher Trainer, Embodied Meditation Teacher and "Healing Ground" Psycho-Spiritual Teacher: The Long and Short is that we need to be fully in our bodies to live into our Soul Callings. Further, the body is our antidote for healing our deepest fracture points, traumas, and ingrained toxic patterning. Breathwork, Chakra Work, and ceremonial practices for Getting into the Body deeply inform my life and work.

I am foundationally certified as a TOTAMS (Turning of the Ages Mystery School) Astrologer: I am trained in reading the Natal Chart to identity current life intent, current initiatory challenges, and Archetypal themes to help inform who we are, fundamentally. I mentor women to develop the quality of astrological awareness that helps us to live cyclically and in deeper connection with the cosmos, and ourselves; As above, so below.

Certifications as a Red Tent and "Rites of Passage" Facilitator in the Magdalene Tradition: I bring to this work my deep lineage in connection to the Sacred Feminine and the Sacred Marriage Process. I mentor women in redefining & revisioning of the messy and wild "Red" aspects of the feminine, including the lost feminine arts of rest, regeneration, and living cyclically, as the future of sustainable Female Leadership.
